Refund policy

Please email kairoscreaturecollective@gmail.com to discuss any replacements or exchanges. DO NOT mail your order back to the return address listed on your package.

Orders may be exchanged for another size within 14 business days of delivery. The customer is responsible for all exchange process shipping costs. Due to the nature of each order being custom produced, we do not offer general refunds or exchanges for a different item. That being said, we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, so please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues.

For items that appear to have manufacturer defects (such as holes, tears, or design flaws), we are happy to have them replaced. Please provide pictures and your order ID, name, and any updated shipping information for your replacement.
